We are a studio working at the intersection of contemporary minimalism, industrial style, and architectural modernism, with a strong emphasis on materials and atmosphere.
Lozitskiiy.architect is a studio founded in 2018 in Odesa. We work with private residential architecture, guiding each project from concept to completion while preserving the integrity of the original idea at every stage. We create spaces where form follows function, creative intent, individuality, and context.
For us, architecture does not exist separately from its realization. We take on full project delivery and construction management, ensuring precise control at every stage. This approach allows us to carry the author’s vision through without distortion — from the first line to the final detail.
We work with a limited number of projects, focusing on detail and quality of execution. This enables us to refine every decision to the necessary level of precision and create spaces where every element matters.
Our architecture is built on perception — light, silence, and the tactility of materials. In search of a balance between minimalism and warmth, we remove the unnecessary, leaving only what is essential: proportion, rhythm, and air.
Materials are authentic and expressive: wood, stone, plaster, metal.
Light becomes part of the architecture — revealing volumes and shaping the atmosphere throughout the day. Technologies remain invisible, yet seamlessly integrated into everyday life.
