Stage 1

Introduction

2-5 days Implementation period

This stage is where we get to know you and your project. We discuss the initial brief, key priorities, goals, and expectations for the future space, gather the essential information, and define the next steps for moving the project forward.

Pre-Design Preparation:
01 Concept Design

Based on the agreed brief, we develop the initial design concept for the house and refine it through a series of iterations.

We hold regular meetings or calls to review the current proposal together, discuss feedback, and make the necessary adjustments as the project develops toward the final concept.

Throughout the process, we also stay in touch via your preferred messaging platform for any questions that arise between meetings.

02 Brief

Once the initial concept is approved, we move on to spatial planning and positioning the house on the site.

At this stage, we define the relationships between rooms, circulation, access, and everyday routines within the future home. We consider how you move through the house, the most convenient location for the entrance, the route from the car to the kitchen, and other practical scenarios that shape the layout around daily life.

Project Overview of stage 1

The project begins with a dialogue. We define the brief, analyse the site or space, and carry out the necessary measurements. From there, we develop the spatial planning and design concept, including materials, finishes, and the overall character of the project. Once the concept is approved, we prepare the complete set of working documentation required for construction and implementation. Throughout the process, we provide architectural supervision and oversee key decisions to ensure the project is delivered as intended.

The studio can also manage construction and full project delivery, coordinating contractors, procurement, budgets, and on-site implementation. This allows us to take responsibility for the entire process — from the first concept to the completed space.
